All orders will be shipped within 48 hours unless it is a custom order or has to be ordered to replace inventory out of stock

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE FOR refunds WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION

THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS minus shipping. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products that you purchase from us. If within 10 (ten) days of receipt of your order you are not satisfied with any item we will issue you a refund, minus the 15% restocking fee and shipping charges. If it is after 10 days then we will issue you store credit minus the 15% restock fee and shipping. Shipping charges are charged for all exchanges.

. All the items must be returned as new and unused to receive the store credit or refund. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

If shipment appears damaged outside, make note, open and inspect the contents, and notify the driver of the damaged or missing goods and file a claim with the carrier. Once we receive the damaged items we will send out new ones or contact you with our intent of replacing. Please include the packing slip or a copy of your invoice and a brief description of your reason for return.

CLAIMS POLICY

Any claim of items missing from the order must be received within 5 days of customer receiving package to receive a refund or missing item (s).. If any item (s) on your order are not available or out of stock a refund will be issue within 7 days. We will notify you either by email or on your copy of the Purchase Order if any of the items you ordered is out of stock or on order.

International Packages: Please be aware that you may be charged for extra fees such as custom charges. We will not be responsible for any extra fees charged from your Country.

International Customers. to Insure your packages arrive please consider priority shipping. We will not be responsible for First Class shipping packages that do not arrive or get lost to International destinations.
