Some new custom-made products that have been previously ordered may have a slightly different sequin color and texture then the original sample. There is no guarantee that the item will match in texture and colors the original item. As some of the appliques are vintage the chances are you will receive an exact replica but we do not guarantee this. Physical samples can be provided. Samples are $50 each refunded upon ordering. All custom order are to be prepaid including shipping.

Cut trims, fringe, loose beads, loose sequins cannot be returned for refunds or exchange unless received damaged. Most of our trims etc are in 5 yard cards and once we cut it is yours
